For over 35 years, Chris has owned and run a very successful Waterloo business. He brings expertise in managing people, integrity and an unparalleled work ethic. Chris’s passion for real estate and renovation started when he bought his first home at the age of 18. Since then, he has purchased seven more and renovated all of them. A landlord and a big-picture thinker, Chris has a great sense of what gives the best return on investment and believes quality service is paramount.

Meet Brent JaworskiBrent Jaworski is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the construction industry. His journey began with a two-year homebuilding program in high school, followed by earning a Renovation Technician Diploma from Conestoga College. Since then, Brent has honed his expertise across a variety of disciplines, including renovations, custom home framing, and townhouse construction. He also has extensive experience in excavation, concrete, and structural work.

Brent’s dedication to quality craftsmanship and his wealth of knowledge make him an integral part of the Go Hard Renovations team. With his passion for building and attention to detail, Brent plays a key role in bringing our clients’ visions to life.

Shane has 15 years of experience as a carpenter. He is Red Seal certified and has a keen eye for detail. Shane is highly skilled in all areas of home renovation. Whether it's cabinets, flooring, structural work, tiling, drywall or fine details, he is meticulous and laser-focused. He is dedicated to his craft and it shows.

Coleman graduated in 2023 from the Renovation Technician Program at Conestoga College. He brings a fantastic attitude to the team. Coleman is a quick learner and a young man with a positive outlook on each task he takes on. We are so excited to have him on the team. FUN FACT: (Coleman is Chris and Melissa’s loving nephew)

Melissa has been a visual designer for 30 years. She owned a digital home interiors business, as well as a furniture business, and previously was a Design Professor at Conestoga College.
She has won numerous design awards throughout her career and has extensive knowledge of colour theory, design principles, and design software. Melissa has a deep love for home interiors and is committed to creating spaces that reflect each client's unique interests and styles.

LILIANA COSTA
INTERIOR DESIGNER/PROJECT COORDINATOR

Liliana graduated from Humber College with honours. She brings skills in design software, strategic planning and has estimating skills with another home renovation company. She wears many hats as our client liaison, estimator, designer and project coordinator. Our clients and sub-trades are in great hands.

Wyatt graduated in June 2022 from the Renovation Technician Program at Conestoga College. He has 2 years of Housing and Real Estate at UofG and has switched gears to fulfill his passion in home renovation and Real Estate investing. He is working on his Apprenticeship with us as a Red Seal Carpenter.

Sam graduated in June 2022 from the Renovation Technician Program at Conestoga College. He has his Pre-Service Firefighter Diploma at Conestoga College. Sam is also a volunteer fire-fighter with Puslinch Township. He has worked in the landscaping, decking, and hardscaping field for several years. Sam brings an excellent work ethic and a superb attitude to the team. We are thrilled to have him on board.
